  1. Press the gel into the gusset of the pouch to make the pouch stand up. Open the gel pouch and add the powder. Stir for about 30 seconds to dissolve the powder. Immediately spread a slightly thick layer (1-2mm) over the entire face and neck. It may become difficult to apply over time. Please finish applying within 5 minutes.
  2. The recommended pack time is 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Once the gel has completely hardened, peel it off. First, insert a spatula under the edge of the pack to lift it up, which will allow you to peel it off cleanly and with less stress on your skin.
  4. Please remove it gently.
  5. If any gel remains on your face, it can be easily removed by washing it lightly or wiping it off with a wet towel.
  6. Remove excess water with a towel and continue care as usual.
